Our approach

Coaching with expertise from the heart.

The rate for a coaching session for private individuals is €75 per hour. Fees for external meetings, reporting and other services will be explained if applicable. Companies requesting a coaching programme for an employee will always receive a tailored proposal to suit their needs.

Each coaching programme follows the steps outlined below and is carefully tailored and structured to the individual’s needs.

Registration

Book your intake meeting via the website for online coaching or for an appointment in the practice.

Digital sessions are paid in advance via bank transfer. On-site sessions can be paid in person using a QR code or cash.

Intake and introduction meeting

During this session, your needs are explored to determine if there is a good fit. You assess whether you feel sufficient safety and trust, while I evaluate whether your request aligns with my expertise. After this session, an individual service agreement is prepared, outlining clear and practical arrangements so that both parties know what to expect. A coaching programme only begins once both parties agree.

The price for the intake and introduction meeting is €90 (€75 + a one-off €15 administration fee).

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email; otherwise, the full consultation fee will be charged. Late payment reminders incur an administrative fee of €15.

Needs Assessment and Goals 

Through structured conversations, observations and questionnaires, we map out the situation. What is challenging? What is underlying the difficulty? And what would you like to change?

The time required for this phase depends on the complexity of the issue.

Tailored coaching

Based on a coaching plan, we work step by step towards the agreed objectives. Practical tools and strategies are provided, fully tailored to your situation.

Evaluation

The coaching plan is always linked to your initial needs. Sessions are regularly evaluated together to assess effectiveness, with adjustments made where necessary.

Closure and aftercare

Once goals are achieved, the programme is concluded and aftercare is discussed. This may include occasional follow-up sessions or a structured support plan, adapted to your needs.

If a new request arises, it is assessed whether further collaboration feels appropriate for both parties. When additional expertise is required, referrals are made to other professionals for specific support.
